Hi Haridas,
It would be necessary to know the year model of the vehicle to give you specific pin assignments to do the trouble shooting. So let me know that fact.
Without a diagnostic readout box to take the analysis a step further, the main things you can do are to verify that the plug wires that are attached to the control circuit at the control panel are proper: the ground is grounded, the fused ignition switch 12V supply is present, and that neither of the two wires that carry the command information is 'open' from the plug to the body computer or as well at the socket pin of the circuit board where there might be a poor electrical connection ('cold' solder joint).
Do you have a volt-ohmmeter? and do you have a simple soldering pencil? If so, and you tell me the year model I can describe what you need to check. If you find all those things to be OK it may be necessary to use a diagnostic fault code reader to readout the overall data bus for fault codes that might give further clues as to exactly what type of failure we are dealing with.
