Chrysler Repair: COOLANT FAN RELAY WIREING TO POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE, chrysler voyager, radiator fan

QUESTION: 2001 CHRYSLER VOYAGER 3.3L - LOCATION OF COOLANT FAN RELAY?

ANSWER: Under the front fender cover driver side.

QUESTION: unfortunately, there is no relay there.any other locations?
2001 chrysler voyager 3.3L 6 CYL.

ANSWER: its right where I told u  U wont be able to see it until u remove part of the fascia

REMOVAL
Open hood.
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the radiator crossmember to front fascia closure panel.
Disconnect the relay electrical connector (Radiator Fan Relay).
Remove the rivet attaching the relay to the front bumper beam (Radiator Fan Relay).
Remove the relay.

QUESTION: HOW DO I CHECK FOR PROPER SIGNAL TO RELAY? FAN RELAY REPLACED BUT NO VOLTAGE TO RELAY TO START FANS. POWER TO RELAY TO RUN FANS,  BUT NOTHING TO TELL THEM TO START. WIRE MAY BE BAD TO PCM BUT NEED TO KNOW WHICH ONE . DON'T REALLY WANT TO TEAR APPART CABLE RUN.

start the van up turn ac on  U want 12v on the orange/red wire
u want a ground on the black/dark green wire
nothing on the dark blue and dark green wire
and dark blue and violet power
