Chrysler Repair: Replace Chrysler Tail Light: 300M, chrysler 300m, 2001 chrysler 300m

I have a 2001 Chrysler 300M with a cracked tail light.  I'm in the process of ordering a replacement on ebay, but I wanted to ensure i won't have any diffilculty uninstalling & replacing the Tail light.  Can you please give direction on this?  I'm not even sure of the first step of removing the broken light.

Hi April,
It is all done thru the trunk, behind the liner. From inside the trunk, remove the fasteners that attact the lower trunk liner in the area in front of the tail lamp housing. Move the lining to get access to the lamp housing fasteners. Unscrew the three fasteners that hold the housing into the fender panel. That will allow you to remove the housing from the panel. Then disconnect the wires from the housing. Then install the new one by reversing the process.
