Chrysler Repair: Hesitation when AC in use, performance roland, turning the key

Question
I've noticed that when my AC is on I get a real bad hesitation when I take off, and will stutter before any acceleration.  When the AC is off it seems to run ok.  It doesn't show any codes when I do the turning the key on-off sequence.  I've changed the spark plugs, gapped them right, changed the wires, and changed the egr valve, but I still have this problem.

Answer
Hi Jared,
It is good that you checked for fault codes and found none.
The only things that I can think of are that the idle speed is not being increased automatically by the pcm which it is supposed to do when you turn on the AC. That might be due to a 'sticky' automatic idle speed motor (thought that should set a code if it were bad) or due to dirt in the idle air side passage of the throttle body. So try cleaning out the throat, idle by-pass passageway, and both sides of the butterfly plate of the throttle body as having crud at that area compromises low rpm performance.
