Chrysler Repair: Climate control on 2001 Chrysler t&C Lxi awd, roland roland, mail costs

Question
Hello just replaced evaporator core on my 2001 3.8l t&c lxi awd. Recharged system worked perfectly for about a week. Now I have a problem with climate controls. these are electronic types and when I set driver temp, passenger temp and Rear temp to lowest setting it only gets cold on the passenger side vents  and the rear vents. the driver vent to my left and right blows out warm air. I tried recalibrating the blend actuator. did not change anything. Tried going to highest temp on driver side then back down still no change also the passenger vent air is not as cold as the rear. I am at a loss. short of tearing the complete dash assembly back out I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Answer
Hi Terry,
I have the '02 manual that probably also applies to your '01. If by "recalibrating" you mean that you pressed and held the power and recirculation buttons for at least 5 seconds, and then the graphics of delay and recirculation began to flash and did so for at least 20 seconds and then stopped, that means the calibration was successful and completed. If you didn't do that then try it. If you did and the graphic stopped flashing then the unit thinks everything is ok. If they kept flashing then there is a fault stored in the memory which will require a readout box to obtain and respond to.
If it stopped flashing but you still have a problem, then I guess you have an issue that wasn't recognized. About all I can share is the discussion of how the controls work (21 pages) by xerox copy and postal mail. I would need your postal address and after you get the pages if you would send me back $3 for the copy and mail costs that would be appreciated.
