QuestionI just knocked the front left mirror off our 2006 Chrysler. The mirror is undamaged externally, and seems to have snapped off with the wires plainly exposed from the stand. How many times will I have to clean the barn to pay for this boo-boo? Thanks for any help.

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Partially remove the door trim panel as necessary to gain access to the mirror (Refer to 23 - Body/Door - Front/PANEL, Door Trim - Removal) .
3. Remove the two push pins (2) that secure the window trim molding (1) to the front door.
4. Remove the window trim molding to gain access to the mirror fasteners.
5. Disconnect the door wire harness connector (4) from the mirror electrical connector (2).
6. Remove the three nuts (1) that secure the outside rearview mirror (3) to the front door.
7. Remove the outside rearview mirror from the front door.
