Chrysler Repair: 1997 Dodge Caravan not starting, fuel injector cleaner, dodge caravan

I just bought this minivan with 150,000 kms, and have had the fuel pump replaced. I have added fuel injector cleaner, had the oil/filters changed and now it won't start. The engine light flashes 55 times. What does this mean?

Did the minivan start well before the fuel pump was changed? Can you tell me a bit more history? Which engine do you have? Are you in Canada? Is the letter in the 10th position of the VIN a U or a V? Let me know and I will try to help. The 55 just means the engine controller finds no fault codes to be recorded. So we will need to consider other reasons that don't have codes. Are you getting spark to a spark plug? Do you hear the fuel pump run for about a second when you turn the key to run?
