Chrysler Repair: number of bolts in a starter, bolt holes, 8l

Question
I have a 2003 Town and Country. I belive the starter is bad and I have begun to replace it. I have removed 1 bolt on the bottom of the starter and 1 nut on top of the starter but it will not budge. Is there possibly another bolt or nut holding it in place? I found a nut at the top that looks like it could be part of the housing of the starter. Also the new starter does not have but two places where a bolt or nut could go.

Which engine do you have (L?) The 2.4 has 2 bolts, while the 3.3 and 3.8L have 3 bolt holes shown is the spacer that fits between the starter and its mounting flange, so I assume it has 3 bolts. Let me know and we can get into the details.
