Chrysler Repair: Code 33 and blown a/c clutch fuse, amp fuse, plymouth voyager

Question
1994 Plymouth Voyager 3.0 Liter.  Had a/c compressor replaced last year and has been back to the shop for electrical problems eg; fuse blows and clutch would not engage.  I do not know if a new clutch was installed.  The past week my wife noticed that lost power with wide open throttle with the a/c on.  I check the codes and it is showing 33.  Noticed fuse is blown on fuse block in engine compartment for a/c  clutch.  The fuse in the van for a/c clutch is ok.  I used twelve vote pen circuit tester with light-I pulled each fuse indvidually and the light never went out so I could not find the open circuit.  The wire from the a/c cutout relay is ok.  Would appreciate any feedback on possible causes/recommendations.  Thanks.

Answer
There are two fuses involved: the one that provides current to the actuating coil of the relay is fuse 16 in the box under the dash and that one also powers the coils of other relays. In the box under the hood is a 15 amp fuse labelled 'A/C clutch' and that one provides power thru the A/C clutch relay to the A/C clutch. So check that one too as it would be overdrawn by a faulty clutch coil/clutch mechanism.
