Chrysler Repair: 96 Dodge Gran Caravan Cooling fan removal, intake resonator, coolant recovery

Question
I have a 96 Dodge Gran Caravan that the engine cooling fan on the passenger side started smoking and quit working. I need to know the correct procedure for removing the cooling fans. It looks like I may have to take the radiator out to accomplish this but I want to make sure before I do a bunch of unnecessary work. Thanks
