Chrysler Repair: 97 Stratus No Spark, crank sensor, spark coil

Question
I have replaced the distributor, crank sensor, and checked the timing belt.  There are no codes present, but still no spark.  Both Cam and Crank sensors are 0-5V when cranking, fuel pump is running.  What am I missing?  I am going to check the rotor and cap.  No Codes is strange.

Answer
Hi Dean,
Try jumping from pin 97 to pin 89 (inboard to outboard) of the ASD relay socket in the rear lower level of the power distribution box under the hood. That relay or its actuation circuit may be faulty. If it were you would not get 12V to the primary of the spark coil or several other components. That jump should just be temporary, of course.
You can instead check for 12V to be present at pin 1 of the two-wire plug at the distributor which is connected to pin 89 as an alternative to jumping the ASD relay or similarly at the dark green/orange wire at the alternator. Fuse 1 in the PDC will also show 12V when the ASD closes properly.
All should show 12V when cranking if the ASD relay is working. The fuel pump is on a separate relay, so that is not indicative that you have 12V at the coil.
Do test the cap and rotor, if those didn't come with the new distributor.
I saw your question in the 'pool' to which it had been referred. Sorry for the delay.
