Chrysler Repair: Timing belt tension pulley 2.4L 1998 Ply. Cirrus, mailling address, tensioner pulley

Question
Hello!  I just stripped out the 6mm allen heads in the idler pulley.  I was having fits trying to get all my marks to line up and must have worn the holes out.  Do I need a new tensioner pulley for the timing belt so I can get this job done.  I bit off way more than I can chew but I am learning!  Thanks!

Answer
Hi Greg,
I am not familiar with what might be the means for repairing allen head bolts so that they might be saved. I do notice in the Chrysler manual that the timing belt procedure includes a section on replacine the tensioner if necessary, and also speaks of using a 3mm allen wrench to lock the pulley in place when you are needing to deal with the 6mm bolts (there appears to be a hole in the pulley and a hole behind it into which the 3mm wrench will fit, thus locking the pulley in place. I can xerox and postal mail you the 4 pages about that tensioner replacement/timing belt installation procedure if you don't have it. Just tell me a postal mailling address.
