Chrysler Repair: 2002 T&C, 3.8 Van will not start after A/C cycling switch got shorted, fuse block, haynes manual

Question
QUESTION: The switch got shorted by someone trying to get the compressor to come on by bypassing it.  I now have the following codes retrieved from the digital display; p0123, p1684, p0118, p1598, p1193. I did replace the battery several weeks ago and also disconected the battery trying to reset the PCM. There is no power going to the coil pack or the TPS. I checked them according to th Haynes manual. I have also checked the relays and fuses in the IPM all are good. Are there any fuseable links that could be blown? I'm in desperate need of an answer soon. this is my only car and so now have no way to work or to take my kids to school, doctor, etc. PLease help! THank you.

ANSWER: coil pack power is from the ASD relay  the TPS power comes from the PCM.

QUESTION: so does this mean the pcm is bad? I checked the relays and they checked out fine. is there a fuseable link between these circuits (PCM/TSD and ASD/coilpack)?

Answer
no fuse for that  only b4 the asd relay.  if u have checked all the fuses then  thats not the issue. All depends on what the guys did for the compressor.   the ac clutch relay is inside the fuse block which is a module itself  so I would say he shorted out the IPM  the fuse block under the hood.
