high beams are not working, like to know location of high beam relay

Hi Eric,
The headlamp relay is in the relay box at the front corner of the engine compartment, driver's side; it it the front relay of the out-board row of relays. There appears to be no separate high beam relay on US vehicles, just the dimmer switch.
On car's with Daytime running lights (Canada), there is a high beam relay mounted on the inner fender/radiator side shield by the driver side headlamp housing, the lower relay of two.
Have you tried the momentary 'flash' position of the dimmer switch, which would check the circuit for power or not?
