Chrysler Repair: Sebing coupe: drivers power window, sebring coupe, timer circuit

Question
i have a 1998 sebring coupe and the drivers window motor works but there seems to be a lip at the top that if i roll the window all the way up it sticks out when i open the door.  Is there a relay that i need to replace to get it to go down when i open the door and back up when i close it like my 2008 hard top convertible.  i just bought this car so i do not know what it did before.  do you know where the relay is?  i don't want to take the car apart till i know what i am looking for. Thanks for the help

Answer
Hi David,
The '95 and '00 manuals show a power window relay under the dash on the left end. There is a relay block with 4 relays, three of which are related to the theft system. The upper right one is the window relay. The circuit diagram shows a timer circuit related to the door locks but because there is no comperable top switch in the coupe it is unclear whether it has any provision to move the window when you activate the door handle. No descriptive text is provided. If you can get an owner's manual it might mention whether that feature is available. The manual does show the power window mechanism which is identical to the mechanical window. I can xerox copy and postal mail you a copy of that and the circuit if you give me an address.
