Chrysler Repair: 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee alignment, jeep grand cherokee, grand cherokee

Question
The steering on my Jeep has pulled to the right just a little ever since I inherited it from my folks. i finally recently took it in to have it done, but after they made the appropriate adjustments it still pulls. As far as i know it has never hit anything to cause this. Is there anything common I should have checked or should I just live with it? Thanks, Damon.

Answer
Hi Damon,
Have you checked for a dragging brake on the right side? Feel the wheels after driving for a while and compare temperature with those on the left side. Also check tire pressures. Have you tried rotating the tires? and do they appear to be wearing equally and symettrically? A more complex possibility is power steering gear internal valve imbalance, which a suspension shop might be able to test for, but that would be the last resort.
If you find something please let me know.
