Chrysler Repair: 1999 LHS headlight replacement, rubber grommet, halogen bulbs

Question
Hi.  I am trying to replace the headlight bulb in my 1999
Chrysler LHS.  The manual says to remove the fasteners
attaching the front fascia to the front fender and splash
shield through the access hole in the splash shield.

I removed the rubber grommet and cannot see how I could
remove any fasteners through such a small hole.

I was wondering if you could provide a more detailed
instructions of how to replace the headlights on my
vehicle.  Thank you!
