Chrysler Repair: Sliding Door Panel, sliding door lock, frame molding

Question
I have a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country that is having issues with the passenger sliding door lock sticking and not operating properly.  I assume that the door panel will need to be removed to investigate the issue and fix.  What is the best way to remove this panel and expose the inner workings of the lock system without breaking the panel?

Answer
Remove sliding door upper frame molding.
2. If removing the left sliding door trim panel, remove screw from inside ash receiver bezel.
3. Remove screw from pull cup.

4. Disengage push-in fasteners holding trim to door panel around perimeter and upper edge of door Fig. 1 .
5. Remove sliding door trim panel from vehicle.
