apparently the electric windows in my 2000 town & country have a circuit breaker ,the winow goes down ok but up it will stop, if i wait a few min. it will go up may be an 1/8 in. any way my question is whare is the location of the circuit breaker?

                                        thanks Bob

Answer
Hi Bob,
The 'breaker' is the PTC device #8 or #9 in the under dash fuse box. It is a self-resetting fuse-like device. There is a row of about 10  slots for these devices, right below the 4 plugs. You could try switching them around. If that doesn't solve it, then the issue is in the door itself, either the motor drive or the mechanical action of the window is binding up and kicking off the PTC (which stands for positive temperature coefficient).  My answer is based on the '98 manual, which probably applies to your '00.
