Chrysler Repair: PT Cruiser Gear Selector Cable, sf bay area, chrysler dealer

I am trying to change the gear shift cable on my PT.  Do you know where I can find the OEM part number?  (Automatic transmission) I am having a hard time finding a replacement cable.

Also, because of the design of the car, I can't really put it up on jack stands.  Any ideas of how to safely get it up high enough to crawl under and work on it?

Hi Mike,
I can call a local Chrysler dealer on Monday to inquire for the part number. What year, engine, trans does it have?
I guess ramps would be the only alternative. If you are in the SF Bay Area of California I can lend you a pair.
