Chrysler Repair: 2001 LHS Head light module removal, halogen bulbs, hood latch

Question
I see the access hole in the wheel well, but What am I looking for as to
remove/loosen so I am able to loosen the front nose of the vehicle to drop it
down to change the head lamps?
I don't see what there is to loosen.

Answer
Hi Edward,
I personally haven't done this but the fasteners attach the fascia to the front fender and splash shield, so those areas would be what to look for thru the hole. The fender attachements (2?) are shown to be sideways from the opening at the very rear of the fender, but the detail in the drawing is ambiguous. The fascia fasteners are shown to be straight ahead of the hole opening at the upper edge of fascia (below the headlamp housing) from what I can see in the drawing.
The overall description of the task is:
REMOVAL
Release hood latch and open hood.
Remove large rubber grommet (70 mm x 168 mm) from splash shield to gain access to fascia fasteners Access Rubber Grommet
Remove fasteners attaching fascia to the front fender and splash shield, using access hole in splash shield Fastener Locations
Remove the push pins attaching the fascia to the upper radiator closure panel Remove Push In Fasteners
Remove jackscrews attaching headlamp housing to crossmember and remove the lamp housing to access the lamp(s) Headlamp Jackscrews
Roll fascia forward to clear way for headlamp housing removal Roll Fascia Forward
Disconnect wire connector from back of lamp socket(s) and/or bulbs.
Remove headlamp housing Remove Headlamp Housing
INSTALLATION
CAUTION: Do not touch the glass of halogen bulbs with fingers or other possibly oily surface, reduced bulb life will result.

Place headlamp housing into position.
Connect wire connector to lamp socket(s) and/or bulbs.
Verify headlamp and signal lamp operation.
Install jackscrews to attach headlamp housing to crossmember.
Align fascia to bumper reinforcement and install the top center push pins, to upper radiator closure panel.
Align the two fascia studs to the fender vertical attachments, at the same time align the fascia groove on the horizontal flange with the fender drive pin. Push fascia rearward to engage the fasteners.
Install nut on fascia stud through the splash shield access hole.
Verify headlamp operation and alignment
