Chrysler Repair: set timing, water pump, crank

i changed the water pump and now i need to set the timing back how do i do it right step by step please?

I need to know the engine size/year that you are working on. And also, do you mean the cam/crank timing and/or the spark timing (if this engine has a distributor).
