Chrysler Repair: starter fuse keep blowing: 04 Sebring, 2004 chrysler sebring, chrysler sebring

Question
i own a 2004 Chrysler sebring sedan. for the last couple of days whenever i  start my car the fuse( i am guessing the starter fuse) blows. i have taken it to numerous mechanics and they can not figure out why. the only thing they can GUESS is that it MIGHT be the starter(but of course they cant tell cause it seems to be fine). i don't want to pay for a new if it is that. can anyone help a girl out!!!!!

Answer
Hi Babygirl,
Can you tell me exactly which fuse is blowing (how many amp size, is the a name or a number identifying it on the underside of the lid of the box or on the board into which it is plugged)? I can look at the circuit diagram and then give you a better idea as to what is causing it to blow. Might it be fuse #8? Also, tell me exactly what happens when you start the car, and how long it runs if at all, and what kind of help have you received so far to get it going again. I don't quite have the 'picture'.
