Chrysler Repair: 1998 Grand Voyager heating system clatters, control doors, grand voyager

Our 1998 Grand Voyager has a clattering relay anytime the temperature control is changed. I've swapped the relay with one just like it. I've cleaned the back of the control panel. I've searched for the temperature control doors to see if they resist movement but apparently haven't dug deep enough into the dash. Any hints or directions are most appreciative.

Hi Don,
Can you describe which relay (location in the fuse box or do you mean under the hood box?) is clattering and continues to do so despite replacement? I don't see a specific relay in the heater system so please help me on that point. Then we'll go from there.
