Chrysler Repair: powertrain control module, powertrain control module, squeeze tabs

QUESTION: How do I replace the Powertrain Control Module on a Chrysler Town & Country LXI 3.8 Ltr and where is it located ?  Picture diagrams would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE
REMOVAL
Disconnect both cables from battery, negative cable first.
Remove 2 screws holding Power Distribution Center (PDC) to bracket Power Distribution Center Retaining Screws .
Remove heat shield from battery Battery Heat Shield. .
Remove nut and clamp holding battery to battery tray Battery Clamp. .
Remove battery from vehicle.
Rotate PDC toward center of vehicle to remove from rear bracket PDC Rear Bracket. .
Pull PDC rearward to remove from front bracket. Lay PDC aside to allow access to Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
Squeeze tabs on 40-way connector. Pull connector rearward to remove from PCM PCM 40-Way Connectors. . Remove both way connectors.
Remove 3 screws holding PCM to fender PCM Removal/Installation. .
Remove PCM from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
Connect 2 40-Way electrical connectors to PCM PCM 40-Way Connectors. .
Install PCM. Tighten mounting screws.
Install PDC bracket.
Install battery.
