Chrysler Repair: car interior problems, fuel ecomony, hi amy

My radio and fuel economy readings cut in and out when you turn the car on
and turn the radio on it shuts off and so does the fuel readings and does not
come back on until you restart the car. The car was just in the shop for
replacing the transmission and the day it went to the shop they both worked
and when I got it back it no longer worked. Can you suggest what might be
the problem?

Year/model/body type please? When you say the radio shuts off do you mean the power/sound/tuning or just the display? If you don't turn on the radio does the fuel ecomony gauge work?
