Chrysler Repair: 93 voyager wiper fluid reservoir pump, rubber grommet, haynes manual

got a leaky pump attached to the reservoir itself. Have taken the reservoir off, and the pump appears to be attached with a nut, but i cant get anything to give me enough purchase to remove it. Am I going about this the right way, and just need to find the right tool? I don't want to keep spinning my wheels... as well as the pump.

Hi Ron,
Here are the instructions from the '93 manual:
Remove washer reservoir and pump assembly
Notice position of pump, then using a 19mm (3/4") socket through the liquid filler opening loosen the pump filter nut
Disconnect the outside portion of the pump
Remove inner and outer portions of the pump
Reverse to reassemble:
Install rubber grommet into place in bottom of reservoir
Unfortunately there are no figures showing the details.
I'll take a look at the Haynes manual to see what it says and let you know if I find anything helpful.
