Chrysler Repair: 2001 town and country TCM, electronic control modules, transmission control module

Question
QUESTION: Where exactly is the TCM located? I am getting code 700 and 605 and had the
tranny rebuilt about 6 months ago. I'd like to change it myself

ANSWER: a 605 is internal PCM failure not TCM  and the p700 just is giving a code for the tranny computer to which U will need a better scanner to get those. If u have a gray key U cant replace the computer with out a dealer scanner  and also U will need a dealer to program the PCM once installed.

sorry  605 is internal TCM P0605-INTERNAL TCM .

QUESTION: so where exactly is the TCM located??? It should be an easy fix just a couple of bolts and plug and play. Dosent the module learn on it's own? I just need to know where it is and the best way to gain acess to it. Is it behind the passenger side fender?

Answer
once replaced U will haft to have a dealer to program the tire size and such into it or the spedo will not work correctly.
