Chrysler Repair: Replacing Headlight Bulbs, chrysler sebring convertible, chrysler sebring

Question
I own a 97 Chrysler Sebring Convertible and I have one headlight that is burnt out.  Can you assist me on how to replace the bulb?  I have a starset that I have removed the two screws on top, but the assembly will not pull out.  Also, the lens on both headlights have a yellow film on the inside of the lens.  Can they be removed from the assembly and be hand cleaned?  Your assistance and advise would be greatly appreciated to resolve these issues.
