Chrysler Repair: Chrysler 300 not starting, solenoid switch, starter relay

Question
2005 300 chrysler will not crank  but everything powers up.

Answer
Hi Juan.
By "will not crank" I assume that you mean the starter motor will not turn the engine over, correct? If you mean it will 'crank' but won't 'start', that is a different problem. So tell me which which is it?
If it won't crank, then open the hood and find the starter relay in the power distribution box that is under the hood on the driver's side near and open it and find the starter relay. Have a helper try the start with the key while you listen to see if there is a "click" sound from the starter relay, or not. If there is, then there should also be a louder click sound from the solenoid switch on the starter motor itself. Tell me what you hear.
If you don't hear a click at the relay, then try to move the gear shift to one side and then the other side of the Park position and hold it off-center on both sides while trying the starter.
Use the "thank/rate" tab below to get back to me quickly, use the comment section to tell me what is up. I will get back to you quickly.
