Chrysler Repair: Car Wont Start, crank sensor, start car

Question
Car: 1998 Concorde 3.2 engine.   For several weeks, after start/stop driving, had trouble getting engine to catch and run but now it cranks and will not run at all.  During troubleshooting, I found that the Auto Shutdown Relay comes on when key is first turned on, then after 1 second it turns off, thereby turning off the voltage to the injectors and ignition coils. I actually measured the voltage to the ASD Relay coil and verified (I think) that the PCM is telling it to turn back off.  But why?  I tried disconnecting the MAP Sensor, but car still will not run.  I can hear the fuel pump run for a couple seconds when key is first turned on.
What could be turning the ASD Relay off?

Answer
the asd is only on for 1-2 seconds to prim up the fuel pump  if it stays on when the car is not running  all the things that are powered off buy the asd would stay running aka fuel pump and so on   so it is working correctly. Look else where  pull a code or 2 out of teh computer  see if its a cam or crank sensor.
