Chrysler Repair: Cooling fan relay, radiator fan, negative cable

Question
I own a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country that has over-heated and blown the cooling fan fuse.also the engine trouble light came on and stayed on so we put a tester on to see what the problem was and it came back with these two options:

1.-Cooling fan relay defective
2.-Check connector and wiring

to make a long story short, I went and bought a cooling fan relay but have NO idea where it goes.Any ideas? A picture would be helpful.
