Chrysler Repair: 2002 Chrysler Voyager: fans wont run, voyager fans, coolant temp

The fans in my minivan aren't turning on and it overheats when the air is on or if it idles for too long. I've replaced the thermostat and the fan relay and still it overheats. Any ideas what else it may be?

Have you checked the fuse in the power distribution center? It should be a 40 amp or so. How about the coolant temp sensor which is the device that tells the engine controller to energize the fan relay.
Tell me which engine you have and I may be able to give specifics, except that my most recent manual is a '98.
