Chrysler Repair: Starter location: 2.5L V-6, chrysler sebring convertible, chrysler sebring

Question
I was told that the starter was right below the driver side  on my 1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertible it is a 6 cylinder I just can't locate it where do I look ?

Hi Reagan,
It is seen from the underside of the car, next to the oil pan on the side of the engine facing the front of the car, near the join between the engine and the transmission It would be seen as to driver's side of the oil filter. In fact you have to remove the oil filter in order to remove it. So that is a good point of reference.
