Chrysler Repair: 2000 Town and Country, power door locks, lxi

Question
I have a 2000 T & C LXi. About a week ago when I left my work to go to lunch everything was working fine. I shut off the van went in to the restaurant and when I came out I turned on the a/c (recirc) and nothing happened. The A/C, the power locks, back up lights and the power outlet in the front no longer work. The "air bag" and ABS lights are on. Everything else seems to be working fine. My husband checked the fuses but says they all seem to be ok. Any ideas?

Answer
Hi Linda,
I believe it is a fuse.
The power door locks use fuse 26 in the power distribution box under the hood (next to the smaller "engine" fuse), and fuse 28 in the same box which is also called the ignition off draw fuse and it is in the rear left corner. The a/c blower and the back-up lamps uses fuse 26 in the same box. So it points to fuse 26, 40 amp.
