Are the roller rockers hydraulically adjusted? My wife was driving the car 95 LHS when it made a load noise and now it sounds like the lifters are lose. 1995 Chrysler LHS 3.5 Liter. Surly it wouldn't start if something happened to the timing belt?

Yes the valve-actuating ends of the rocker arms have hydraulic lifters. I can't give you any suggestions on the cause of the noise. Fortunately the engine is non-interference in design so the timing belt can't cause a catastrophe. When you determine the noise and its cause please let me know.
