how to jump start my starter on a 1999 chrysler concorde

Hi Otumn,
There is a positive cable jump starting fitting at the battery + post proper. You need to remove the air inlet tube and air housing to get to the battery on the right (passenger side) of the car near the front of the engine compartment, underneath that tube. The negative cable can be attached at the remote minus post that is located at the right (passenger side) strut tower, which is toward the rear right corner of the engine compartment. Those are the two places to attach the jumper source. Rememeber: plus to plus, and minus to minus.
