Chrysler Repair: Voyager overhead: ambient temp sensor, facia, front bumper

Question
I swapped the overhead console in my 1997 Voyager so that I could have the computerized part. The operators manual told me how to calibrate the compass but the temp just reads OC which the op manual says means the temp is below -40. Is there a temp sensor that I should have added also and where would it be located. Thanks

Answer
Hi Craig,
If you have an ambient temp sensor it would be located behind the front bumper facia and mounted on the radiator closure panel. It would have two wire twisted together (black/light blue and violet/light green) which are connected to the overhead console plug on pins 2 and 5 at the console. There is a blue disconnect plug- together pair with 20 wires (at the base of the right side B-pillar thru which these two wires pass, on pins 8 and 10 respectively).
