QUESTION: My driver window is down and it won't go back up.  What do you think is wrong and can I manually put the window back up til I get it fixed.

Thanks

ANSWER: Hi Jason,
Please tell me if this is a convertible or a sedan body Sebring. They are different cars so I need to know to answer your question.

QUESTION: convertible

Answer
Hi Jason,
I assume that the other power window are working. If all are not working then check circuit breaker 19 in the box under the dash.
If it is just the one window it could be the power window switch, the door window motor relay which is inside the door, or the window motor itself. To do anything about checking out the problem you have to remove the door trim panel to get to all these parts.
There are more steps in the process than is possible for me to type in. I would be pleased to xerox copy and postal mail to you the pages that show how. There is no short cut way to lift the window as you need to get to the inside of the door and detach the drive mechanism from the motor to allow it to be moved manually. So let me know via the "thank and rate" tab what is your postal mailing address should you want these pages.
