Chrysler Repair: 2000 Town& Country, turn signals, hazard lights

I must have some kind of electrical problem.  The most important one right now is that the pass. window will not go down, the check engine light has stayed on for about 5 yrs, occasionally the turning signals won't come on but if I put the hazard lights on and off the turning signal will work.  I also am in need of a right rear pass door handle (used) do you have any idea wear I could find one and possibly fix it myself?  Thanks for your answers I have to keep this van for awhile I just paid it off.

check engine light u will haft to have some one scan it for to u to see what it is. Junk yard or search the net for door handles. pass window  hit the door panel while holding the switch down  more then likely a regulator and motor assembly. the turn signals  might be a multi function switch.
