Chrysler Repair: 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertable:key fob programming, sebring convertable, key fobs

i bought this 2000 crysler seabring convertable car used 2 days ago and it did not come with the key fobs. how do i reprogram the new key fob to work with my car?

Hi Amy,
I believe that you can only program the fob via a plug-in code reader, probably one that is fairly sophisticated. It may well be that only the dealer would have such a reader. Once you get the fob programmed it can be used to program a second or more fobs. Write me back and I can tell you how to do that. But while you are at the dealer if they will program additional fobs at no extra cost let them do it.
