ANSWER: Hi Rich,
I would check fuse 23 in the box under the hood, and then if that doesn't have a subtle crack in its wire I would believe the ignitions switch is going bad. So many different items being flaky makes me believe that. Let me know what you find.

QUESTION: Hi Roland,Fuses are good and customer just installed a new ign. sw. However I did find out that someone replaced the BCM with a used one 2 weeks prior to this problem.

Answer
Hi Rich,
I can't be sure that a bcm would do that stuff unless it was shorting out a power supply circuit. My inclination would be to check the voltage supplies out of the ignition switch. I suppose the bcm could be bad such as to damage the digital data bus communications which would do the same things. But the codes you got so far don't indicate that. This is the reason I suspect something vary basic with the voltage supply circuits. Do you have a voltmeter you could trace with and the wiring diagrams? How about the battery clamps and the ground wires that are attached to the - post clamp. Are they clean and tight?
