Hi, I have a 95 le baron convertible with a trunk lid that won't open with neither the key nor the lever by the driver's seat. Help. Jim

Hi Jim,
I don't know for sure but it may be possible to enter the trunk from behind the back seat once you remove the seat and seat back and have the top up. I know you can get at the top motor/pump that way so it would not surprise me if that would also give you access to the latch mechanism or the striker loop which it engages with. Remove one or the other and the trunk lid should then open. It will take some gymnastics, but that is my best idea.
