Chrysler Repair: 1990 Imperial, glove box, front bumper

My temp display reads off. 10 degrees sometimes and 3 degrees other time. My east west north south is right on?

Hi Todd,
That is probably not too far off, based upon where the sensor is located. I believe that it is in the air intake box, just above the glove box, and that area might be subjected to different conditions than if it was located behind the front bumper (which was the location used in later model years). You can probably get to it by removing the glove box if you want to replace it.
