Chrysler Repair: no start, fuel pump?, 96 van, fuel level sensor, dodge grand caravan

Question

I have a 1996 dodge grand caravan SE, 3.3 liter V6. I have isolated the problem to either the fuel pump relay or the fuel pump but, I do not have a fuel pump circuit wiring diagram. If you could e-mail me the wiring diagram, it would be greatly appreciated. If not, could you tell me at which of the four terminals at the pump plug what I should have for power or ground with the plug unplugged and the key in accessory as if the pump should run so I can determine wether the problem is the relay or the pump motor.

Answer
Hi Butch,
The site doesn't allow posting of anything but text. But looking at the wiring diagram, the fuel pump power is on the dark green/white wire and comes on that same color wire from the relay. That would be pin 4 of plug at the pump, and pin 7 of the orange plug at the power distribution center. Pin 1 is the ground wire at the pump, pin 3 is the fuel level sensor. Pin 2 is not used. These are from the '98 wiring diagrams which I believe apply to the '96 as well.
You should only see the voltage for about 1 second when you turn the key to "run" position. It will sustained only when cranking or the engine is running.
