MY 1999 CHRYSLER 300M COOLING FANS NEXT TO THE RADIATOR DO NOT TURN ON. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.

Hi Ray,
I would check fuse 21 (10 amp) in the fuse box (junction block) inside the dash (remove left side end cap for access). That fuse provides the power to operate the relays for both fan relays. There is a separate fuse for the power to each relay (B and E in the box under the hood) so it is less likely that both those fuses would be blown. Another possibility is that the coolant temp sensor is not functioning properly. Let me know the engine in the car if the fuse doesn't turn out to be the reason.
