Chrysler Repair: 2001 town & country fan blower, blower motor resistor, fan blower
QuestionThe fan only runs on high. Had it temporarily fixed a couple of years ago. As I recall, it was a resistor problem which would require removing the dash (700.00 labor fee). They replaced a fuse? and it worked but was no guarantee for how long. Is this something I can fix?
AnswerIt sounds like a blower motor resistor and who ever told you, you had to remove the dash was taking you for a ride but anyway the resistor is located behind or under your glovebox it should have a electrical connector going to it and there should be 2 screws holding it in I don't know how much a resistor is but I'm sure you could probably change it your self
