my ccarhrysler concorde is hesitant to crank.what's the problem

There is not enough information to give you specific help. What is the year, model and engine? What do you mean by 'crank' vs. 'start'? Does the starter motor hesitiate, or does it operate normally. If it operates normally tell us specifically how the engine responds, please. 'Hesitant' is not very clear as to exactly what it does.
