Chrysler Repair: Spedometer problem: 92 LeBaron, chrysler lebaron, output speed

Dear Sir,
   Where on a 92 chrysler lebaron convertible do i need to go to see why my spedometer isnt working and is that something i can fix myself or what? please let me know.

Does the odometer or trip distance readings change? If not, then I would suspect the output speed sensor on the 4speed automatic/3.0L engine-transmission (or the distance sensor if you have the 2.5L engine located on the differential housing top side) is not working. So consider those, and let me know by a follow-up question what is and what is not working, and what engine and transmission you have.
