Chrysler Repair: Rear Power Outlet 2006 Town and Country Touring, cable clamp, base vehicle

Question
The rear outlet in my 2006 T & C does not work.  All fuses are okay under the hood, so I'm assuming either the outlet is bad or the wiring is bad....how can I pop off the panel to get a look inside?  I should note that I had a power inverter plugged into that outlet, which also blew out at the same time....when I pulled it out of the socket is was extremely hot, so maybe the wires melted away at the connection.  Anyway, I'd like to take a look to save some money, so if you know how to get the mouldings off to view the power socket I'd appreciate the advice!

Thanks
